Legal Professional cum Corporate Banker with 22+ years’ of all round experience in Legal due diligence cum Alternate dispute resolution, Alternative Investments, Investment Banking, Insolvency Resolution and Bankruptcy,  Structured Finance, Special Private Placement, Stressed Assets and Commercial banking.  He is also partner in Corporate Legal Firm .

Qualified Insolvency Professional from Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and Member of IIIPICAI and IBBI.

He represents the clients before DRT ,DRAT, RERA, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for initiating Corporate Insolvency Resolution (CIR) Process. He advises the Resolution Professionals and Liquidators in the CIR process & liquidation process respectively and represents them before various legal forum and Court.

She represents the clients before Civil Court, High Court and  DRT ,DRAT, RERA, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for initiating Corporate Insolvency Resolution (CIR) Process and ADR (Alternate Dispute Resolution) and more than 10 years of experience in Financial, commercial Litigation and LPO . She also owns stake in one Corporate Legal Firm .
